PFS Manager is a 'one stop shop' for cataloguing and managing all you digital images. PFS Manager works for all the main image formats and will happily deal with images from your scanner, downloaded from the web or from your digital camera. The main uses of PFS Manager are: - Organise all your images as you want them organised Store a 'thumbnail' of each image in a robust database to allow quick browsing - Record detailed information about each image - Location, Date, Subject, Camera, Lens, Film, Aperture, Shutter speed and more! - Automatically record camera and shot settings from digicams that use EXIF tags (Jpeg files only) Search for images based on any of this information - even the optical filters used for the shot, if you recorded these - Print images, reports, 'contact sheets', search results and more - Edit images - play with the histogram, adjust contrast, adjust saturation and apply filters - Import images from your scanner (TWAIN) - Configure the PFS Manager screens - sort, group and filter by image details (this has to be seen to be believed! See the quick start guide!) - Batch process images - convert file types and image sizes - Create slide shows for on-screen viewing of your shots - Create web sitesof your shots including as much or as little of the image information. When it comes to archiving the images - PFS Manager contnues to work even if the image has been removed from your disk!
